Before closing, the buyer is entitled to do a final walkthrough to check that the home is still in good condition and that all requested repairs were made to the home. Once the final verification of the property has taken place, both buyer and seller have signed final closing documents, and the buyer or buyers lender has funded the transaction, the buyer will take ownership of the home and you’ll receive your money.
